The Open Beta is for players, coaches and the entire industry - anyone who wants to improve their game and be part of the journey in developing this groundbreaking technology.

It’s ideal for people who are excited to try early features, understand that SportAI Open is still under active development, and are willing to share feedback that helps shape the future of AI-powered sports analysis.

You need to create a user account to access the SportAI beta. Sign in using your Google, Apple or any other email account.

3. How do I upload or capture a video?

Start directly from the web app — no special link needed.

4. What kinds of videos work best?

SportAI can analyze any type of video, but the ideal setup depends on what insights you want:

For technique analysis (best results):

• Use short clips of a single stroke or swing
  
  
• Film from the side (e.g. along the baseline showing the full body and ball)
  
  
• Keep the camera still (tripod, fence mount, or steady hand)
• You can also upload existing videos
  
  

These angles help SportAI evaluate mechanics, footwork, and body positions with the highest accuracy.

For tactical and match analysis (not included in the Beta version):

• Upload longer videos up to 10 minutes

• Use a “broadcast view” from the back of the court, looking down toward the opposite baseline

9. How do I give feedback?

Please submit all feedback through the 👍 👎 in-app feedback feature.
This ensures it reaches the product team directly and is logged correctly.

You will also receive surveys to provide additional feedback.

10. Can coaches use SportAI Open during the Beta?

Yes. Coaches are encouraged to analyze player footage, test workflows, and tell us what would make SportAI an invaluable coaching companion. The SportAI Open Studio has more coaching features.

11. Will my videos and data remain private?

Yes. Videos and analysis results are private and secure. We will use them to train our models, but will not publish them. We never share your content unless you choose to.

12. Is SportAI Open free?

Yes — SportAI Open is free during the Beta.

After the Beta, subscription levels will be introduced for expanded features, but a basic level of analysis will remain free.

13. What happens after the Beta?

Your account and videos stay available. You’ll continue to receive free analysis along with optional paid tiers when they roll out.

14. Can businesses subscribe to add this functionality to their offerings?

Yes. SportAI offers enterprise packages for businesses wanting to integrate our technology into their products or services.
